Q:What is the cancellation policy?
A: Week of appointment 50% of the service is charged. Within 24 Hours of appointment, 100% of service is charged.
Q:What type of gear is needed to walk my dog?
A:It depends on your animal and their personal needs. Slip leads, Gentle leaders, Easy walk harnesses, as well as buckled prong collars are all highly recommended. These are all helpful tools to prevent pulling. Retractable and stretchy leashes not accepted as appropriate gear.
Q:Will my dog be walked with others?
A:Yes. All dogs that are walked with others, unless a solo walk is requested. (Solo walks subject to availability)
Q:What happens if you’re sick or on vacation?
A:In the rare occasion that services need to be canceled due to illness, the client is informed as soon as possible. All vacation dates are posted well in advance for the client’s convenience.
